The invention relates to medical technology, more specifically to the field of injection techniques. A cannula shaft is located as the continuation of a conical bore hole for attachment of an injection syringe in a closure plate in the centre of an inner cavity which is widened at the bottom to form a suction cup. Above the suction cup and the inner cavity there is located another larger, outer, jacket space in which a vacuum is available in an industrially prefabricated manner and which is closed by an annular membrane at the top and relative to the closure plate. A pipe is arranged around the cannula shaft so as to be displaceable in the inner cavity, and the lateral opening of this pipe is flush with a valve opening to the outer jacket space on upward displacement. Pressing the device against the skin results in the particular displacement of the pipe, which, after contact of the skin with the edge of the suction cup, opens the vacuum space toward the skin, resulting in lifting of the skin into the tip of the cannula shaft. If the bore-hole of the closure plate is then opened - by removal of a membrane - an injection syringe can be applied and emptied underneath the skin. <IMAGE>
