In order to attach lateral struts, intermediate floors, hinges, etc. to longitudinally running profiled bars, an intermediate piece is used which is pivoted by means of a limb, which is bent in the form of a circular arc, into a groove of the profiled bar, which likewise runs in the form of a circular arc in depth, and engages by means of a second limb in a cut-out of a longitudinal web, and rests on the side edge of the cut-out in the limb. The second limb of the intermediate piece engages behind a longitudinally running rib when the first limb pivots into the groove, as a result of which the intermediate piece is additionally locked.
