An apparatus for the actuation of manually shifted transmissions for test purposes having a transmission holder which can be fixed positively in a defined position on a manually shifted transmission. Mounted on the transmission holder, there is, on the one hand, a lever, this being done in the manner of a ball and socket joint, and, on the other hand, about an axis parallel to its slide guide planes, a crossslide system which is connected to the lever in order to move the latter. The lever has an articulated connection for a transmission actuating member.
