PURPOSE:To reduce influence of an angle shift, and to execute easily optical axis alignment, by constituting so that the first and the second interference film filters, and a total reflector are fitted to one holding tool. CONSTITUTION:The second optical path of lambda2 is formed by the first interference film filter 27, a total reflector 28 which is positioned at an angle of 45 deg. against this interference film filter 27, etc., and forms a double mirror together with this first interference film filter 27, the second interference film filter 29 which reflects an optical wave of lambda1 and transmits an optical wave of lambda2, the third lens 25, and the third receptacle 25. Also, this device is constituted by fitting these first and the second interference film filters 27, 28 and the total reflector 28 to one holding tool 30. In this way, an optical loss can be reduced by shortening a distance where light transmits in the air, and also influence of the angle shift can be reduced since the optical path becomes short, therefore, the optical axis alignment can be executed easily. |
