PURPOSE:To improve frequency characteristics, by equipping a lateral frame which has outer circumferential surfaces in contact closely with respective internal surfaces of a baffle plate, both side plates, and a back plate, and a longitudinal frame which has outer circumferential surfaces in contact closely with internal surfaces of a bottom plate and both side plates nearly at the center height of a box body. CONSTITUTION:A loud speaker device consists of the speaker box 1, holes 2-5 for fitting speaker units, a port 6, a reinforcing lateral frame 7, and a back cavity 8 for a tweeter and a mid-range speaker. In this speaker device, while the plane surrounded with respective frame materials of the longitudinal frame 12 is held parallel to the baffle plate 11, outer circumferential surfaces of the longitudinal frame 12 are brought into contact with respective inner circumferential surfaces of both side plates 10 and the reverse surface of the reinforcing lateral frame 7. This reinforcing frame 12 increases the resonance frequency and the deformation of the bottom plate 9 is suppressed more than that of the baffle plate 11. |
