A slip-in centreboard (7) has a head (8) widened relative to the body (6) and in the configuration of a flat rhombic prism. The slip-in centreboard (7) is inserted into a centreboard pocket (10), starting from the centreboard case (2), of the board body (1), a closing extension (12) of the centreboard head (8) closing the through-opening (5) at the underside of the centreboard case (2) completely and in a flush manner so that a smooth, uninterrupted underside of the board is formed. <IMAGE>
