A beam element comprising concrete bodies running parallel to each other provided with main reinforcement and intermediate reinforcement. According to the invention, there are four or more concrete bodies (2-5), where main reinforcement running along the concrete bodies (6-9) in at least two of the concrete bodies (3,4), is attached to the main reinforcement (6,8 and 7,9 respectively) in two additional concrete bodies (2,4 and 3,5 respectively) via exposed intermediate reinforcement (10-12). The bodies (2-5) have such a mutual position that the beam element has a longitudinal opening (13) and an inwardly expanding cavity (14) emanating from the opening (13) in the cross-section.In addition, the invention consists of a mould for manufacturing the beam element as per above, where the mould consists partly of an external die that can be bent outwards via one or more joints or similar, partly via an inner die, between which the reinforcement bars and concrete is inserted. The inner die consists of two die-halves that can be moved to or from each other, and a clamping part designed to fix the mutual position of the die-halves.
