PURPOSE:To prevent missing or duplication of telegraphic messsage, by providing an external clock in common for a master system and a slave system communication processing units, and using a reception time of the received message as the synchronizing signal from the master system. CONSTITUTION:A transmission processing section 324 of the master system reads out the corresponding telegrphic message from an external storage device 36 at normal state and transmits the message to a host system 26. Further, a transmission processing section 424 of the slave system reads out the message from an external storage device 46 and transmits the message to the system 26 virtually. To attain the coincidence of software clocks 34, 44 of the master system receiver 24 and the slave system receiver 25, software clock correcting processing sections 33, 34 read the time periodically from a common external clock 23 and sets the value to the devices 34 and 44. Thus, the missing or duplication of the telegraphic message at switching of the master and slave systems are prevented. |
