The valve sleeve (24) is produced in line in an appropriate device (22, 8, 21, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) arranged directly above a guiding and pressing station (13, 18) and conveyed, in synchronism with a bag manufacturing machine (1, 4, B, 3, 8, A, 2) to the pressing station (13, 18) to be adhered on the inner face of the paper web (1).
