PURPOSE:To edit a color video signal without any hindrance by superposing two pieces of synchronized frame information on a control signal together with a two-phase recording signal to record. CONSTITUTION:A video signal supplied to an input terminal 4 is supplied to a two-phase encoder 5, where it is divided into two phases, i.e. phases A and B and also its time axis is expanded. Those signals of the two phases are supplied to recording terminals of video recording changeover switches 3A and 3B through FM modulators 6A and 6B and recording amplifiers 7A and 7B. On the basis of a horizontal synchronizing signal, an address generator 8 generates an address of every line. A two-frame pulse generator generates a pulse signal FP indicating the 1st frame. This pulse signal and input video signal are supplied to a recording control signal generating circuit 10 and then supplied to the recording-side terminal of a switch 3C through a recording amplifier 11. At the same time, the control signal CTL is supplied to a capstan servo circuit 12. |
