PURPOSE:To easily execute connection between symbols, by making a display state of a symbol of a connection start point different from a display state of other block, and executing a connection display between both symbols by designating a position of a connection end point. CONSTITUTION:A CRT indicating type programming device is provided with a controller consisting of a CRT1, and ROM2 which has stored a program to be executed by the CPU1, and an RAM3 used as a temporary storage area of various variable data by the CPU1, a key input device 4, a CRT display 5, and an interface circuit 6 for connecting a programmable controller 7. In the CRT display 5, a display state of a display block on which a symbol of a connection start point is displayed is made different from a display state of other display block, and by designating a position of a display section on which a symbol of a connection end point is displayed, connection of both symbols is displayed. |
