发明名称 MEASURING DEVICE USING AMPEROMETRIC ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To stably and reliably measure a plurality of substrates without mutual electric interference, by a method wherein a given common potential difference is provided between a plurality of working electrodes present in a similar system and a reference electrode. CONSTITUTION:Two working electrodes 31 and 32, being entirely independent, are located in a solution 5 to be measured. A fixed enzyme films 41 and 42, in which distinct enzymes are fixed, are mounted to the working electrodes 31 and 32, respectively. The working electrode 31 is coupled to a current-voltage converting circuit 31a, and the working electrode 32 is connected to a current- voltage converting circuit 32a. A reference electrode 20, common to the two working electrodes 31 and 32, is situated therebetween, a given polarography potential V set by a variable resistor 20b is applied through a constant-voltage circuit 20a. If, for example, alcohol and urea are measured by the measuring device so constituted, an output voltages V1 by alcohol obtained from the working electrode 31 and an output voltage V2 of urea obtained from the working electrode 32 are reliably measured without mutal interference.
