PURPOSE:To enable the returning of oil at high speed operation, by utilizing pulsating pressure generated in a crank chamber to circulate air and allowing this circulative air flow to forcibly return the oil accumulated in the recessed part of a partitioning plate to an oil pan side. CONSTITUTION:At operation of an engine 1, large pulsation is caused by a change of back pressure of a piston in a crank chamber 3 of small capacity separated by a partitioning plate 20. Then a check valve 25 is opened by negative pressure of pulsating oil in the chamber 3 to suck fresh air. And then a check valve 23 in the plate 20 is opened by positive pressure of the pulsating air to discharge blow-by gas with air in the chamber 3 to an oil pan 7 through a hole 32, further the discharged air or the like in said oil pan 7 is discharged to a supply air pipe 17 via a passage 27 by negative pressure of discharge action and in an engine air system. In this way, air or the like always flows in one direction to the oil pan 7 from at least the chamber 3. |
