PURPOSE:To make it possible to proportionally and successively control fuel, etc., by opening and closing a diaphragm valve arranged in a fuel passage while controlling the back pressure thereof. CONSTITUTION:An atmospheric pressure control chamber 13 is formed on the back pressure side of a diaphragm 12, to said chamber 13 an atmospheric pressure supply means 15 is connected together with a manual open/close valve 17 via an exhaust pipe. By adjusting the opening of the manual open/close valve 17, the pressure in the atmospheric pressure control chamber 13 is controlled to determine the openings between the diaphragm 12 and a seat 11. The manual open/ close valve 17 can continuously open and close said opening in proportion, enabling a delicate control to be performed. |
