PURPOSE:To facilitate the construction of a semi-basement by a method in which a water-proofing treatment is applied to the outer surface buried underground and lower end of an outer wall and the outer surface and upper end of a strip footing and the outer wall is set on the strip footing through a reqular form of gasket with joints on its outside. CONSTITUTION:A water-proof sheet 30 is covered on the outer surface buried underground and the lower end of an oute wall 14 by leaving a non-covered part 32 on the outer surface not buried underground. A water drain metal 33 is contacted with the upper edge of the water-proof sheet 30 and fixed by a screw 32 and then a protective cement mortar 31 is coated on it. Also, a water-proof sheet 40 is covered on the outer surface and upper end of the strip footing 4, the outer wall 14 is set on the strip footing 4 through a regular form of gasket 60, and a joint 6 packed with a sealing member 61 is provided on the outside. Thus, a water-proofing structure optimum for the formation of a semi-basement with units can be provided. |
