PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which makes the uniform and highly efficient galvanizing of the small-sized work possible by dipping the work in a bucket in a plating furnace to plate the same then moving the cage with two units of placing robots and removing the work. CONSTITUTION:In a position (a), the work is packed in a cage type bucket 10, and is dipped in a galvanizing furnace 1 by a handling unit 5 traveling on the beam parts 4b of a gate type frame 4. After the plating, the bucket 10 is pulled up from the furnace 1 and is put in a position (f). The 1st moving robot 13 turns this bucket 10 to a receiving position (g) where the robot tilts the bucket 10 to transfer the work through a chute 15 into a bucket 17 for exclusive use on a centrifugal separator 16. After the excess molten zinc stuck on the work is removed, the 2nd moving robot 18 tilts the bucket 17 in a position (h) to discharge the work into a chemical tank 20. The work is passed successively through the tank 20 and a cooling water tank 22 by the 2nd conveyors 21, 23, whereby the plating is completed. |
