PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of a hole by a large molecule incorporating in a fluid, by providing an action layer acting to a specific component in the fluid on one surface of the inner wall surfaces of a vessel and also providing a housing part consisting of an opening part for housing a fixed quantity of the fluid in an inner vacant space by capillary pressure. CONSTITUTION:An analytical vessel is constituted by a pair of a liquid impermeable supporting body 1 opposed to each other and the surrounding side face different to the face consisting of this body 1 is constituted by a liquid impermeable gap control parts 2. One or more of action layers 4 acting to a specific component in the liquid is provided at least on one inner face of the body 1 opposed to each other and a housing part 6 consisting of one open part for housing a fixed quantity of the liquid in an inner vacant space by capillary pressure. Further, the one side face of this analytical vessel and the side face of said vessele viewed from the side of the opening part 3 are shown in the figure.
