PURPOSE:To have exhaustion of residual fluid and cleaning of passage by a simple operation, by allowing acleaning plug, inserted in a suction pipe from the suction hole, to pass through the pump's internal hole through the pushing action of the cleaning water discharged from an auxiliary piston chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a sponge ball 31 is set by pressure into No.1 fixed pipe 13 around its suction hole 13a and a pump 12 is started upon putting a proper amount of cleaning water into the hopper 17, an auxiliary pump consisting of an aux. piston chamber 16, a piston 16a and a check valve 27 pressurizes the cleaning water sucked in from the hopper 17 to push the sponge ball 31. Thereby the ball 31 passes through the internal hole of transport piping while pushing out the residual wet concrete from the transport pipe 9. Thus the residual wet concrete in the internal hole of the pump 12 and internal hole of the transport piping 9 is wholely collected to provide effective and also to make rapid cleaning of the internal holes simultaneously. |
