PURPOSE:To analyze blood quickly by providing a detecting circuit for particles in sample blood, three circuits which compare the sizes of the particles, three circuits which count the signals from the comparators respectively, and respective circuits which calculate the ratios by components of white blood cells in accordance with the signals of the counter circuits and display the results. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 4, 3, 2 which compare the signal for particles larger than C, the signal for particles larger than B and the signal for particles larger than A with the signal from a circuit 1 which detects the particles in the sample wherein red blood cells are hemolyzed by adding a hemolyzing agent to blood, in accordance with the respective voltage levels A, B, C from a threshold voltage generating circuit 6 are provided. A circuit 7 which counts the sum of the granular components and lymphatism components in leukocyte, a circuit 8 which counts the number of teh granular systems (max. diameters), and a counter circuit 9 which excludes ghosts of blood plates and red blood cells from the total number of the particles are provided. In an arithmetic circuit 13, the % of the granular systems and the % of the lymphocyte systems are calculate from the total sum of the leukocyte and the number of the granular systems and the former is displayed on a display 14 and the latter on a display 15. Thus the leukocyte are analyzed quickly and surely. The unhemolyzed blood contained in the leukocyte, noises, etc. are detected with the level C, and an alarm is emitted from an alarm circuit 12. |
