PURPOSE:To manufacture the captioned device easily in high accuracy and to miniaturize its dimension by forming an energizing means acting against a pressure means applying a pressure with a pressurized fluid, in a single rotary member and by disposing it coaxially with the axis of rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure oil gives the pressure to a piston 9, a thrust bearing 10, a pushing plate 11 and a supporting member 12 are pushed and moved to form an inner plate 7 integrated with a rotating outer plate 5, thus a driven rotor 6 begins to be rotated. Indentations are formed in some appropriate place on said pushing plate 11 and the leg tips 12c of said supporting member 12 are press-fitted into said indentations to be integrated and to be rotated as one body. Accordingly, a coil spring 8, the supporting member 12 and the pushing plate 11 are rotated, being integrated with said driven rotor 6 through the thrust bearing 10 and a coil spring 8 is not slided and rubbed with said pushing plate 11 and said driven rotor 6. As a result, since it is possible to intercept a clutch by one coil spring, miniaturization can be accomplished, and since said coil spring is not slided and rubbed, constant performance can be obtained. |
