摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a large-scale working ship group by a method in which a cell is built up in a working water area, a lower float is settled and fixed to the lower part of the cell, and the cell is pressed down to the bottom under water by the packing load of gravel and also the charging load of water to an upper float. CONSTITUTION:The first stage unit 7 of a cell is built up along the wall of a working area W in a foating working platform F consisting of an upper float 1 and a lower float 2 and connected to the lower float 2 by a connecting device 9, and then water is charged to the lower float 2 to settle the unit 7 to the assembling position of the second stage unit 11. The operations are repeated orderly. After the assembly of the cell, the upper float 1 is connected to the water surface section of the cell, and soil and sand are packed into the lower float 2 to press down the cell to the seabed. To further give loads to it, the upper foat 1 is pulled up to the water surface, water is charged to it, cement mortar 13 is charged into between the lower float 2 and the seabed, and soil and sand and concrete are packed into the cell.
