PURPOSE:To form an effective water-proofing structure by a method in which a water-proof sheet is bonded over the outer surface not buried underground and the outer surface buried underground, protective cement mortar is coated on the outer surface not buried underground at the least, and then an usual cement mortar is coated on the protective cement mortar layer. CONSTITUTION:Steel pillars 12 are erected at the corners of a floor panel 11 around which a steel frame 10 is provided and then outer walls 14 are fixed to build up a water-proof unit 1 for making up a semi-basement. The water-proof unit 1 is set on a strip footing 4 provided in excavated section, and then the excavated section is embedded with soil. Also, a water-proof sheet 30 is covered over the outer surface not buried underground and the outer surface buried underground by positioning its upper edge in a groove 15 formed on the outer surface not buried underground of the outer wall 14, and a water dripping metal 33 is fixed to the inside of the groove 15 by screws 34 to fix the upper edge of the water-proof sheet 30. Then, a protective cement mortar 31 is coated on the outer surface not buried underground at the least and then an usual cement mortar 81 is coated on the cement mortar 31 to form an outer surface. |
