PURPOSE:To easily prevent block and bridge phenomenon of granular powder by disposing a rotary shaft in a storing hopper, providing the rotary shaft with a stirring blade comprising a spiral rod, and providing the stirring blade with a stirring arm formed of an elastic rod. CONSTITUTION:When granular powder (a) is stored in a storing hopper 3, and a variable reduction motor 10 is driven, a stirring blade 12 comprising a rotary shaft 11 and a spiral rod is rotated to push up the granular powder (a) toward an outlet 2, so as to be sequentially fed out at the outlet 3. At this time, a stirring arm 14 formed of an elastic rod is rotated in a body with the stirring blade 12. If the internal pressure of the granular powder (a) is high, the stirring blade 12 is vertically contracted so that the stirring arm 14 is floated by such spring force, and as the internal pressure is lowered, the stirring arm 14 is automatically moved and rotated corresponding to the elasticity of the stirring blade 12. Thus, the granular powder (a) is converted and stirred in such a manner that the granular powder (a) is convex at the central portion of the storing hopper 3, whereby the granular powder can be smoothly fed out through the outlet 2. |
