PURPOSE:To obtain the titled stencil paper capable of clearly copying a pattern and spreading a plain gauze without using any lacquer and free from shrinkage by rolling or the like, by a method wherein a heat-fusible type adhesive having a specified softening point is applied onto one side of a stencil paper in a specified thickness, and a surface-modifying treatment is conducted. CONSTITUTION:A heat-fusible type adhesive having a softening point of 70- 150 deg.C is applied onto one side of the stencil paper such as a synthetic paper in a thickness of 10-300mum by an extrusion laminating method or the like, and then the coated surface is subjected to a deforming treatment by a matting method or the like. To produce a textile printing pattern from the stencil paper, a pattern for a desired engraving is copied onto the stencil paper, and after engraving, a plain gauze is spread on the surface coated with the heat-fusible type adhesive, a patch of paper is placed thereon, and the whole body is pressed while heating in a heat press, whereby the textile printing pattern can be easily obtained. |
