PURPOSE:To form a hull with an aluminum alloy such that a plurality of extrusion molded members of aluminum alloy are jointed to construct the central section of a hull while an aluminum alloy board is pressed to construct the stern having many curved faces then jointing each section. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum alloy extrusion molding member is constructed into a shape having box type cross-section having reinforcing sections 30B, 40B, 60A and fitting sections 31, 32, 41, 42, 61 integrally, then each molding members are jointed to construct the side section 30' at the central section of a hull and the bottom 40'. The stern and the bow having many curved faces are manufactured by pressing or bending an aluminum alloy board. Then the bow section, central section of hull and the stern are jointed to produce a hull of aluminum alloy having simplified entire structure. |
