PURPOSE:To improve productivity by covering the metal scroll basic material by the composition containing at least inorganic fillers in bis-maleimid triazine resin or polyamino-bis-maleimid resin. CONSTITUTION:As for a swing scroll 18, a metal scroll basic material 21 other than the tooth formation opposite surface 20b of a bottom plate 20 is covered by resin composition, and a resin layer 22 is formed. The resin-composition contains at least inorganic fillers in bis-maleimid triazine resin or polyamino-bis- maleimid resin. Therefore, the need of fine machining for tooth is avoided, and productivity can be improved.
