PURPOSE:To provide a subject print wire which is made of a very fine wire of a particular material, reduces braking and wear, decreases a fatigue strength, improves a printing life, and enables stabilizing of a printing quality. CONSTITUTION:A material of a print wire may be of a non-crystalline metal fine wire of a composition shown by a formula FewByMz, where Few represents that Fe contents is (w) atom %. By represents that B content is (y) stom %, Mz represents that the content of 1 or 2 types or more selected from C, Si and P is (z) atom %, (w) is 65-93, (y) is 5-30, (z) is 0.5-25, y+z is 7-35, and x+y+z is 100. |
