PURPOSE:To remove an oxide film safely and surely, by providing a sweeping member to a chain which move in a horizontal direction above a tank contg. brazing filler metal, and sweeping away the oxide film on the surface of the brazing filler metal with the sweeping member according to the movement of the chains. CONSTITUTION:A speed reducer 3, a revolving shaft 5 and a sprocket 6 are driven by turning and driving a motor to rotate and travel a pair of chains 8 in a horizontal direction. The supporting bars 26 and plates 11 installed to the chains 8 move in a horizontal direction and force the oxide films produced on the surface of molten solder 15 away in an arrow direction 31 as the plates 11 move downward, thereby sweeping the oxide films into a dust receiver 16 in a solder tank 14. Thereafter, the plates 11 move upward around the sprocket 7 and when the projecting parts of the bars 26 abut on a limit switch 13, the motor stops running and the chains 8 stop traveling. |
