发明名称 POSITIVE ELECTRODE FOR SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost battery, which has a higher battery performance than a battery in which a noble metal is used as a current-collecting body, by using as the positive electrode a high molecular compound consisting of carbon and hydrogen, carbon, hydrogen and fluorine, or carbon and fluorine. CONSTITUTION:Propylene carbonate into which potassium perchlorate is dissolved, is used as an organic electrolyte. Lithium is used as a negative electrode, and nickel net is pressed and fixed upon the above lithium so as to make a lead. As a positive electrode, a polyacetylene film is used. Here, in addition to polyacetylene and polyphenylene, a high molecular compound which consists of carbon and hydrogen, carbon, hydrogen and fluorine, or carbon and fluorine and the pi electrons of the carbon atom of the main chain of which are conjugated with the pi-electrons of a carbon atom coupled to the above carbon atom of the main chain, such as polydiacetylene, polydiphloroacetylene or polymonophloroacetylene, can also be used for the positive electrode of an organic-electrolyte secondary battery in the same mechanism as polyacetylene or polyphenylene.
