发明名称 DISCRIMINATING AND DETECTING DEVICE OF SPECIMEN
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of discrimination, by shifting an image sensor to an X-Y direction to pick up a specimen, setting two types of optical filters alternately to separate the picked up specimen into signals of different wavelengths and comparing the difference of outputs of the signals with the threshold value. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 2 is set at an eyepiece part of a microscope 1 which magnifies the image of a specimen on a stage. The image of the specimen is split into two pieces. One of these two split images is picked up by a TV camera 4 and fetched to a CPU6 after an A/D conversion 5. While the other image is reflected by a mirror 3 and receives the separation of light via filter plate 7 in which the filters which transmit the beams of blue (420mm. approx.) and green (510mm. approx.) equal to the pitch intervals of numbers of photoelectric element (e.g. 256 units) arranged on an image sensor 8 are set alternately. Then the outputs (b) and (c) are amplified 10 and 11, and the difference is calculated 12 to obtain (d). The green peak is detected 14 with control 15 to obtain (f), and a decision 13 is given. Then a result (e) is fed to the CPU6. The stage is controlled 16 to vary the region of a viewfield. Thus a specimen can be discriminated with high efficiency. This is suited to inspect the leukocytes contained in an erythrocyte.
