PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic type beverage stirring and mixing apparatus for producing a prepared beverage with good quality, by arranging a pair of shifting magnetic field generating apparatuses of which shifting magnetic fields are directed opposedly to both sides of a stirring and mixing container accommodating a ferromagnetic working piece. CONSTITUTION:To both sides of a stirring and mixing container 1 accommodating small working pieces 5 made of a ferromagnetic material such as iron pieces, shifting magnetic field generating apparatuses 2, 3 of which the directions of shifting magnetic fields set in opposed relation to each other are arranged and, to the left and the right ends thereof, a supply port 6 and an emitting part 7 of a beverage materials are provided. In this structure, when the shifting magnetic field generating apparatuses 2, 3 are excited, the working pieces 5 violently generate high speed random movement to mix the beverage materials A, B to form a prepared beverage C. As stated above, the prepared beverage with good quality is obtained within short time in good capacity by strong stirring. |
