PURPOSE:To allow listeners to normaly listen sound in a position deviating from a center by providing at least one delay circuit delaying an input signal and permitting said delay circuit to give different delay times to plural input signals. CONSTITUTION:If the delay times of the delay circuits 3 and 3' are varied the difference between sound arriving times, which is caused by different distances l1 and l2 from speakers 21 and 22, can be compensated at a time when as a code B shows,listening positions deviate from the center A on a bisector passing the inbetween of the both speakers 21 and 22. In such case, the delay time of the delay circuit 3' transmitting an output signal to the speaker 21, for example, is longer than that of the other delay circuit 3. Sound from a speaker 23 in the center is of a signal L+R, and in terms of a reproduced thing a signal component from a channel L arrives later, whereby the deviation of the listening positions can be effectively compensated. |
