PURPOSE:To improve the channel connection rate of a mobile station, by changing the criteria of discrimination for input electric field information of either one of the base station when a control station is being in correspondence to mobile stations or the adjacent base station at a control station and changing and controlling the switching point of service area. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station 8 makes correspondence with a base station 1 along a mobile path 11, a service area is moved from a standard service area 4 to that 5 of a base station 2, mobile stations of which quantities exceeding the quantities of designed allowable value are concentrated to the area 5, and if the adjacent area has a margin of the equipment, a control station 12 increases the criteria of discrimination of the input electric field information of the base station 2 based on a level deterioration signal and an electric field detection signal from the base stations 1, 2 and reduces the service area from the area 5 to the area 7 as shown in the figure. Thus, when mobile station 8 is moved from the area 4 to the area 5, the correspondence with the base station 1 is continued without switching the correspondence at a point P2, and switched to the correspondence with the base station 2 when moved to a point P3. Similarly, the station 8 is switched to the correspondence with the base station 3 at a point P6. Thus, the load to the base stations is decentralized, allowing to increase the rate of utilization of the base station equipment. |
