PURPOSE:To reduce the exclusive area of a logical circuit and to attain a small- sized device, by connecting an electrode to the ground plane directly eliminating the need for a ground plane contact and its wirings. CONSTITUTION:Lower layer electrodes 1a form input conductors and upper electrodes 2a constitute power supply conductors. Josephson junctions 3 and 5 are formed between the electrodes 1a and 2a. Josephson junctions 4 and 6 are formed between the electrodes 1a and a ground plane 11, which are used in common for a ground plane contact. |
