PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristics of a gain, by providing a parasitic capacitance for a resistor connected to an emitter of a transistor (TR) and selecting the ratio of the parasitic capacitance to the capacitance of a capacitor in a specified range. CONSTITUTION:A collector of a TRQ is connected to a power supply +B through a collector resistor Rc and the emitter is grounded through an emitter resistor RE. An input terminal t1 is led out from the base of the TRQ, and the emitter and collector of the TRQ are connected to an output terminal t2 through a resistor R and a capacitor C. A parasitic capacitance C0 is given to the resistor R, the ratio to the capacitance C of the capacitor, C0/C is selected to 0.04- 0.30, and the frequency characteristics of gain are improved. |
