PURPOSE:To detect the oil leakage at an early stage, by detecting the oil quantity in an oil tank and the oil quantity used in the hydraulic equipment, and issuing a warning signal when the relationship between said oil quantities becomes a preset quantity. CONSTITUTION:In the oil tank 2, which is an oil supply source for the hydraulic press 1, an oil level detector 3, which detects the height of the liquid level 2, is provided. A position detector 11 utilizing a pinion rack is provided at a rod 9 on the side of a hydraulic pump 5. The electric signals detected by both detectors 3 and 11 are transmitted to a monitoring device and converted into digital quantities X and Y by A/D converters 14 and 15, respectively. The digital quantity Y is equivalently converted into the height of the oil level by a multiplier 16 and inputted into an operator 17. In the operator 17, the quantities X and Y are subtracted from a monitored oil level Z inputted from a digital setter 18. If the result is positive number, a buzzer 19 is sounded, a warning lamp 20 is lit, and the occurrence of the oil leakage is reported. |
