PURPOSE:To transmit a control signal from a non-procedure terminal, by stopping tentatively the data transmission with a data exchange having a storage function, in transmitting data to the terminal not to be transmitted for data continuously during the data reception. CONSTITUTION:A data base 1 being a data transmission original transmits data 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 to a packet exchange 2 continuously. After the packet exchange 2 transmits the data 11, 12 received from the data base 1 to a telex exchange 3 as data 21, 22, the base 1 waits for the transmission of the data 13 during a timing 31, and after confirming that the communication control message from the telex exchange 3 does not come, the data 13 temporarily stored in the data exchange is transmitted to the telex exchange 3 as the data 23. After the data 24 is transmitted to the exchange 3, the transmission of the data 15 is waited during a timing 32. The packet exchange 2 receives a communication interrupting request 41 from the exchange 3 in the timing 32 and transmits a communication cut request 42 to the transmission original. |
