PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of titled device through dry type, by providing a metal die on which a condom is fit, an electrode opposite to the metal die, and a radiation source for ionizing air betwen the metal die and the electrode etc. CONSTITUTION:An inspecting device is provided with a metal die 1 on which a prepared condom 4 is put, an electrode opposed to this die 1, and radiation sources 3 for ionizing air 10 between the die 1 and the electrode 2. A voltage is impressed between the metal die 1 and the electrode 2 from a power source 9 through the intermediary of a current detector 5. When there is a pinhole in the condom 4, on the occasion, the die 1 inside the condom 4 is made continuous electrically to the air 10 located outside, and thereby a current flows from the electode 2. By detecting this leakage current, the presence of the pinhole of the condom can be inspected at low voltage and by a dry-type method. |
