<p>Piperazine of formula (II) reacts with a halogenated cpd. (C6H5)2CHX, where X is Cl, Br or I, in an inert solvent contg. a base and at ambient temps. to give benzhydryl piperazines (formula (I)) and its salts with physiologically acceptable salts. R can be various radicals. The cpds. have application in treatment of cerebral circulation, coronary and periferal vascular disorders.</p> |
