<p>The method of filing magazines in a stored filing folder does not require the magazine to be perforated. This avoids loss of part of the printed matter. A folded strip with standard perforations through it is used to retain an elastic strap to form a loop. This enables the fitting to be retained inside a ring binder. The folded strip is attached to a flat strip with adhesive surfaces, leaving half the width of the flat strip uncovered. This part is then protected by silicon paper. Magazines can then be retained by the elastic strap. A centring scale can be printed on the folded strip near the perforations.</p> |
