PURPOSE:To increase the effective diameter of a reflecting mirror, to reduce the pressure of a contacting surface, and to improve ability in cooling by fitting a fixed ring in a groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of the reflecting mirror and then fixing the reflecting mirror to a base plate. CONSTITUTION:In the V-shaped groove 9 for fitting made in the outer circumference of the reflecting mirror 8, the fixed ring 10 having a slitting part 11 is fitted and the reflecting mirror is united to a mirror mount 13 by a corrugated washer 2 and a cap nut 12 to the united mirror part to the base plate 14 which has cooling and angle adjusting functions. This constitution increases the effective diameter of the reflecting mirror, reduces contacting surface pressure, and improves cooling ability to obtain a long-life reflecting mirror. |
