PURPOSE:To obtain a stable operation of a pump for a long time, by fitting a vibration member vibrated through co-operation of a solenoid and spring members to slide guide members fixed respectively to an inlet member and an outlet member, in the manner that it is freely slidable with respect to the slide guide members. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid 22 is disposed substantially at the central part in a pump frame 16, and a sleeve-like armature 25 is inserted into a central hole of the solenoid 22 in the manner that it is freely reciprocated in the axial direction of the solenoid 22. Further, a cylindrical vibration member 27 made of a non- magnetic material is fixed on the inside of the armature 25, and a movable valve 28 in the form of a check valve is provided at the middle part of the central hole of the member 27. On the other hand, cylindrical slide guide members 29, 30 are supported respectively on an inlet member 11 and an outlet member 13 in the manner that they are protruded inwards of the vibration member 27, that is, the vibration member 27 is fitted to the top parts of the slide guide members 29, 30 in a freely slidable and liquid-tight manner. |
