PURPOSE:To ensure the high restoration property, heat resistance and moisture resistance each, by applying the trimethylol-melamine resin and the amine-group hardener to the cotton cloth, drying the cloth after impregnating the modified phenol resin and the cresol resin and then giving the heat press formation after preheating. CONSTITUTION:The trimethylol-melamine resin and the amine-group hardener are applied to the base material made of the mixed cloth of the cotton or the synthetic fiber of the cotton and polyester and the like. After this, the modified phenol resin and the cresol resin are impregnated to the basic material. Such material is dried to receive the preheating for several seconds at 100-150 deg.C and then the heat press formation at 230-250 deg.C and 2-3kg/cm<2>. Thus the damper including sticking part 1, waveform-type corrugation part 2 plus coupling part 3 to the voice coil can be obtained. |
