PURPOSE:To obtain a pump constructed in a simple structure using no springs, by disposing an electromagnetic plunger in a cylindrical plunger guide disposed along a fluid passage formed in a pump frame, and disposing a solenoid around the plunger guide. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical plunger guide 21 is disposed in a pump frame 16 to extend along a fluid passage, and an electromagnetic plunger 23 reciprocated in the axial direction is fitted in the guide 21. The plunger 23 is made of a ferromagnetic material and has therein a movable valve 24 in the form of a check valve. Further, a fixed valve 26 in the form of a check valve is also provided in an outlet-side end member 13 so that a pump chamber is formed between the two valves 23 and 24. A solenoid 27 is disposed around the guide 21, and a permanent magnet 34 is disposed in the vicinity of the solenoid 27. Out of a pair of right and left yokes 32, 35 of the permanent magnet 34, one yoke 32 is used also as the yoke for the solenoid 27. |
