发明名称 COMBUSTION AIR SUPPLY DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the optimum use of two methods of reducing NOx generation, i.e. double-staged combustion method and exhaust gas mixture method, by a method wherein an exhaust gas mixing rate to a burner part and an over airport part can be changed at any arbitrary level. CONSTITUTION:Air going out of a forced draft fan 1 enters an exhaust gas mixing device 8 through an air passage, where it is divided into two parts and mixed with a desired amount of combustion exhaust gas. Then the air is supplied via branched air passages 2A and 2B to the burner 3 and over airport 4 respectively and finally into a furnace 5 to be used as a combustion air. The combustion exhaust gas to be mixed is pressurized by a gas recirculation fan 6 into a smoke passage 7 and mixed into the air flowing from the air passage in the exhaust gas mixing device 8. The exhaust gas mixing device 8 includes an air passage devided into two parts by a partition, an exhaust gas supply pipe having an opening through which the exhaust gas is jetted into the air passage, and a damper means which changes arbitrarily the opening area of the opening.
