PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, lightweight slit exposure system while realizing an original platen which does not utilize the reciprocation of a frame, by using a transparent beltlike film which can be wound as an original base. CONSTITUTION:Take-up rollers 17 and 18 fitted to a copying machine body hold the transparent beltlike film 16 in a lengthwise tensed wound state. When an original is mounted on the original base consisting of this transparent beltlike film and a copy button is pressed, a photosensitive drum rotates and the take-up roll 18 is driven synchronizing with the photosensitive drum to move the original surface over an exposure lamp by specified length for an optical scan, thus forming an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive drum. After development and transfer, the roll 17 is driven, and consequently the transparent beltlike film 16 moves backward to the original position. The take-up rolls 17 and 18 rotates synchronizing with the photosensitive drum and are rotated freely even by hands using operating handles 19 and 20. |
