PURPOSE:To change set temp. automatically at proper times with a change in types by obtaining the signals indicating the conveying distances of objects to be heated from a conveyor and changing the respective set temps. successively from the blocks where the parts of changed types arrive. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 41 which is driven by one of conveying rolls 10 generates a specified number of pulse currents per revolution of the roll 10, and outputs the same to an operator 43. The operator 43 calculates the distance C from the inlet end face 45 of a furnace body 1 up to the final end of a type A, the distance D up to the preceding end of a type B after changing, and the moving extent of objects to be heated after the code of the type B is set on a setter 42 for the objects to be heated in accordance with the signals from the oscillator 41. At the point of the time when the objects to be heated arrive at the centers of respective heating chambers 2-7, command signals for changing set temps. and the temp. values corresponding to the codes inputted from the setter 42 are outputted to temp. controllers 21-35, so that the controllers 21-35 operate to change the set temps. |
