发明名称 CHARGING METHOD FOR RAW MATERIAL FOR BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the temp. and pressure of blast furnace gases and to recover sensible heat which is heretofore unused indirectly by charging the raw materials for the blast furnace provided with a blast furnace gas cleaner consisting of a dry type dust remover and a high temp. gas turbine in the state of high temp. into the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:The blast furnace raw materials (coke, sintered ore) produced in a raw material installation 1 are cooled in a cooler 2 and after the waste heat thereof is directly recovered, the raw materials are conveyed with a conveying installation 3 and are stored into a hopper 4, from which the materials are charged into a blast furnace 6. The blast furnace gases from the blast furnace top are fed through a dry type dust remover 12 to a high temp. gas turbine 13, by which electric power is generated. At the point of the time when the raw materials are cooled to a prescribed temp. T1 in the cooler 2, the cooling is stopped. The temp. T1 varies with equipment circumstances and various objects and the efficient and preferable temp. is about 200-300 deg.C. In order to prevent the dissipation of the sensible heat of the raw materials as far as possible after stopping of the cooling, the materials are insulated under heating during conveying with the installation 3 and during storage in the hopper and the time required for these stages is reduced. A steel conveyor or the like is usable for the installation 3.
