PURPOSE:To replace a blade easily and to facilitate maintenance inspection, etc., by allowing a blade energizing means which presses the blade against the surface of a photosensitive drum to operate in operatively associated relation with the fixing means of the device body. CONSTITUTION:Through the operation of a spring 11 hooked by a pin 9 fixed to a blade holding base 8, the tip of the blade 5 of a cleaning device 1 is pressed against to the surface of the photosensitive drum 2 around a shaft 6 as a center. The cleaning device 1 fitted with the photosensitive drum 2 is inserted into between both side plates of the copying machine body and when a lock pin implanted in a lock plate 10 engages the recessed part for locking of the side plate, the device 1 is fixed at an operation position. Before, however, it is locked, the pin 9 abuts on the lower edge 10a of the lock plate 10 and the blade 5 is not energized by the spring 11, so the blade is detached easily. The drum 2 having the shaft 25 pressed in the recessed part 4a of the side plate 4 of the device 1 is also detached easily, thus facilitating the maintenance. |
