PURPOSE:To obtain discharging operation stabilized for a long period of time by a method wherein a guide member, having a rigidity, is provided at both ends of a vibrating body vibrated by the cooperation of a solenoid and a spring means while the guide member is penetrated slidably through a support member provided on an outlet and inlet member. CONSTITUTION:The solenoid 22 is accommodated in the substantially central part of a pump frame 18 while a sleeve-like armature core 25 is arranged in the center hole of the solenoid 22 so as to be reciprocatable into the axial direction thereof. The cylindrical vibrating member 26, made of a nonmagnetic material, is secured to the inner periphery of the armature core 25 while the guide members 27, 28 are fixed to the both ends of the vibrating member 26 respectively to constitute the vibrating body 29. A movable valve 31 of a non-return valve type is fixed within the axial hole 30 of the vibrating member 26. On the other hand, the suport members 32, 33 are arranged on each terminal members 12, 14 equipped with an inlet port 11 and an outlet port 13 while the tip ends of the guide members 27, 28 are supported slidably in the members 32, 33. The springs 39, 40 are interposed between the vibrating body 29 and the frame 18 to obtain the desired pump. |
